        Qĭ Shì  Beginning Position  起势

1.  Bìng Bù Diăn Jiàn  Stand with Feet Together and Point     并步点剑

2. Chè Bù Făn Jī  Back Step and Strike Backhand   撤步反击

3. Jìn Bù Píng Cì  Step in and Stab with a Flat Sword 进步平刺

4. Xiàng Yòu Píng Dài Horizontal Draw to the Right 向右平带

5. Xiàng Zuŏ Píng Dài Horizontal Draw to the Left   向左平带

6. Dú Lì Shàng Cì One Leg Stance and Stab Up  独立上刺

7. Zhuăn Shēn Pī Jiàn Turn the Body and Chop with Sword   转身弓步劈剑

8. Xū Bù Huí Chōu Empty Stance and Draw the Sword Back        虚步回抽

9. Bìng Bù Píng Cì Stand with feet together & Stab with Flat Sword  并步平刺

10.  Yòu Gōng Bù Lán Jiàn Right Bow Stance & Block with Sword  右弓步拦剑
